LIVE WEBINAR SERIES · COMPLETE BUNDLE
The Complete Live Series
Map vs. Territory: Finding Ground Truth
Both live sessions, back to back: Part 1, Naming the Gap, and Part 2, Prioritizing Alignment. Two hours total, across two sessions, with me in the room live for the whole arc, from first naming what's misaligned in your organization to leaving with a real, prioritized action plan.
This bundle covers both parts at one combined price.
Part 1: Naming the Gap - Tues, Sept 15th 1pm - 2pm CDT
The core concept behind the whole framework, the three domains where organizations drift from their own story (Structure, Communication, and Systems, Products & Programs), and the ten interview questions for getting honest answers before your team ever sits down together. You leave with a first honest list of where your own map and territory have drifted apart.
Part 2: Prioritizing Alignment - Tues, Sept 22nd 1pm - 2pm CDT
Diagnosing whether each gap you found is Type A, B, or C, prioritizing what needs attention first, and building a real seven-part action plan live against your own top gap. You leave with a prioritized list, the start of an actual plan, and an honest, real-time read on anything that needs more than a worksheet.
